It is my “go to” when I’m feeling adrift, reactionary & disconnected from my heart.

Meditation is one of the 8 limbs of yoga.

My love of studying and practicing yoga is twofold...
One, I love moving my body...
Two, yoga poses (asana)...

They prepare my body to sit in meditation. Simple really.

As we navigate “busy” and our own unique rhythm of life, meditation can provide the “pause” we need to be still, centre, replenish and re-emerge.
